Anyone? Seeking partners on yearling..

hello horse racing fans...i am a horse breeder and i would like to find partner(s) on my yearling colt. i own his dam. she has produced 3 good winners including a horse who has won 5 of his last 7 starts. he won a $43k allowance race on preakness day. the mare was a winner of $189k and
is a granduaghter of seattle slew. the yearling is by a stakes placed winner who is a stakes producer including a stakes winner of nearly $500k who holds a track record. this stallion is a half brother to a champion breeders cup winner and is also a half brother to a winner of the santa anita derby..the yearling is a big solid boned beautiful specimen. he will be broke in about october-november....this new york registered bred horse is located near saratoga springs new york. i plan to keep 50% interest in him,,,will sell the other 50% for $20k FIRM,,,this is a racing partnership not a pin hook....i am not looking a bunch of partners 1 person would be best but 3 or 4 partners would be the limit.

dont know if its cool for me to do this if it isnt just tell me and i wont do it again.

if I get 4 partners, do we still have to pay for monthly bills? Do we get purse earnings or is this just for fun?

its fun when ya win!!
but no this is not just for fun. i plan to retain 50% interest in the horse and sell 50% interest and then split the bills accordingly and split the earnings(purses) accordingly. who ever were to buy in would pay the exact same expenses as me and would be invoiced by the vendors directly. breeding and racing horses is not something new to me i have been in the business sense 1985, and grew up watching the races. i am somewhat of a horseman myself but certainly not a trainer. my experience and previous mistakes are what makes me a good partner. i have owned/bred/raced lots of horses over the years and i have had some success. this yearling is the best horse i have bred so far and he is out of my mare that has already produced 3 winners, one of which just won an $43k allowance race about 10 days ago. give me an email address i can send send you all the information.

If it is the best you have ever Bred why would you want someone to split the costs with you? Which in turn will also take away half of the earnings from your pocket.

Something sounds odd.......

You are not going to get too many takers if you won't even tell us who the horse is by. Who is the sire?
