Of course Mauralakana was supposed to win, but she looked great doing it. I'm not saying she's the FM Turf champ this fall by any stretch, but she was as flawless as one can be beating an allowance field. Citronnade should be a factor going forward.
I agree that Clemente is not to blame, though I'd still prefer she be with Block.

I'm frustrated with it too, since she's one of my favorite horses. She wasn't going to win, but it looked like she never fired anyway.
