The ONLY person to blame for his death...is DEAD!
Maybe his family should have recognized that he had a "drinking problem".
Just love it when his family blames everyone else!

I understand that the family is suffering by losing a son but this is another example of folks simply not taking responsibility for their own behavior...or, in this case, a father blaming everyone but his son for his son's behavior. According to reports, the restuarant manager tried to talk him into taking a cab, he was 2x the legal limit, speeding, talking on his cell, and he had grass in the car...the family should consider themselves lucky if the tow truck driver and the person with the disabled car don't sue them (son's estate). He could have killed several innocent people as well...sad, but this action is indefensible!

Dude had a half pound of weed in his car and was talking on his cell telling someone which bar he was going to.

I wonder if his father will sue his "dope" dealer also...

truly a sad story....actually more pathetic....it has been public knowledge that the Cardinals had concerns about this kid for awhile, then to wreck the way he did, alcohol and weed involved and now for Dad to sue basically everyone but Auggie Busch is ridiculous....If you want to do some good, go show the wreck photos to a group of minor league players waiting for their shot....

This seems to happen so often with the death of a loved one. Someone or something must be blamed. It has to be someone else's fault. The grieving process run amok. Like money is going to solve the incident or make it less hurtful. Make someone else feel the pain.

Bad luck and judgement no longer exist.

Of course, there has to be SOMEONE to blame for the wrongdoing. I cannot believe that this father is suing everyone, including the guy whose car was broken down. Total BS.

The society we live in is the cause, because if you screw up, there HAS to be someone to blame it on besides yourself, and if there isn't, then you can always blame it on alcoholism and a bad childhood, which both seem to be completely curable with rehab.

Un-freaking-believeable...
