Arod is still one of the best 3 players in the game and has been for 10 years now. Only Bonds surpasses his overall game in the last 30 years since Mays and Aaron retired.

I agree, his numbers speak rather loudly....this has been an off year so far (by his standards) yet I caught holy hell for trading Wells for him...seems like folks don't appreciate him till someone else has him!

Its pretty easy. People are jealous that he is the highest paid player in baseball at (25 mill a year?).

They dont mind the fact that a guy who gets paid 15 mill a year doesnt produce but they cant stand the guy who collects the biggest paycheck.

Like anyone alive wouldnt have taken that contract. If you want to hate anyone hate the man and the team who made it happen- George and the Yankees.
