With the exception of my $2 across on Flying First Class, I'm tossing him.
Toss list (as it stands now): Mint Slewlep King of the Roxy Flying First Class C P West That leaves Street Sense, Hard Spun, Curlin, Circular Quay and Xchanger to filter through. |
Circular Quay

if you're talking about an in the money finish, my only tosses are flying first class and king of the roxy.
|
Just using the "top 3" Derby finishers...tossing everyone else into the "4th" slot in supers.
|
I'm tossing every horse not entered yesterday. I'm willing to admit that they have 0% chance to win.

Really tempted to toss Hard Spun, not just from the top either:eek:

You have to take a stand against someone and in the Preakness Exacta for me it's Hard Spun. With THIS asterisk: If it's very wet, he's a must play. 1 for 1 SLY, huge wet Tommy. Xchanger moves up in the wet stuff too. |
Toss flying first class....No chance to get in the money at this distance.
Street Sense in a romp |
After it looked like a nice weekend
Here comes the RAIN!!! (Bet Jamie wished she had TBerg running now) So who loves the stuff Hard Spun Xchanger Who does it hurt??? |

so obviously this year it will be 7-7-7 |
i will not toss flying first class,,...hes other speed and ran well last out....
|
I have now tossed them all.
This will be the first time in a long time that I will not play a TC race, but I live by the philosophy of skipping the races I really can't figure out.....even if it is a G1 classic. I looked at the pp for awhile today trying to find something, but I just can't find anything I really like. I think it was Scav that said a few days ago that he didn't like anyone. I have to agree with him. I feel weird skipping it....but I think I am just going to enjoy this one as a fan. |

I agree with Beyer. Street Sense's Derby was very nice, but it wasn't as impressive as it (casually) looked. He certainly has a good chance to win the Preakness, but not the even money chance he will probably go off at. It's a good betting opportunity, IMO. --Dunbar |
