Handicapping Contest at Churchill Downs

Next Wednesday there is a handicapping contest at Churchill Downs. I believe it costs $100 to enter and if you win you qualify to go to Vegas with a chance to win $1,000,000.

Has anyone ever entered this (I believe it is each Wednesday) and does anyone know the rules? I can't seem to find them anywhere. Thanks.
