I cannot stand the angles NBC camera uses

I hated the overhead angle on the turn. They always ruin the race by making it impossible to spot your horse unless he's winning.

Agreed. They go to the four in front, and with a twenty horse field, you have no idea what is going on anywhere else. The angle's fine for a seven horse field, but for 20?

They had to go overhead...the tents would be in the way. It was really icky yesterday when they tried to just shoot across the infield. You couldn't see 1/3 of the race. You could argue they should've pulled back a bit since Street Sense wasn't even in the shot for awhile but they had to do it. Sure you could shoot it from the outside rail somehow but you'd suddenly go from a right to left running to a visual that's left to right. We might end up with vertigo.

At Churchill, what happens behind the tent, stays behind the tent.
