Quick ? - My Pick 3 Ticket, both scatched.....

In the first leg, Price Tag and Lady of Venice. I can't get to the track to make changes, so do I get the post time favorite or a refund? These were the only two horses I had in the first leg.

Since it's the first leg I would assume you'd get a refund. . .
