Steve - our tickets are very very similar. that makes me feel better. Quick question, what are your thoughts on BirdBird in the 9th? I see you excluded.

Thanks, and good luck tomorrow. I am going to try to come by and say hello tomorrow.

Byk is nuts to leave off Duveen. That being said, the ground will have alot to do with some of the results tomorrow

Rootdog1 05-03-2007 10:39 PM

Whats up Scavs! I dont care for Duveen, his last two were good going 9f but the pace was SLOW...same with his Maiden breaker race. My guess is that he cant keep up in the early goings tomorrow. Just my $.02

Been known for a while actually. Also importantly, going to a Sur-Win Bit..

Good luck Root.. Am in the Paddock Pavillion being used as Media Center...

And Scavs.. I vacillated on Duveen. Probably worth including underneath because Romans is hot, but Root is dead on.. He's slow. Will save ground though.

Kasept, you left out the 7 in the 10th race for Pick 4. Dreaming of Anna is going to win.

Why no love for High Heels in the Oaks?? I think she's dangerous and can't be overlooked...

Scav 05-04-2007 08:01 AM

The infamous Nick the Kid finally commenting on something else other then the contest. Welcome to the board and behave

Don't disagree with the slowness BUT here is my thought process.

Fact is that if Script runs his number, he wins this easily BUT that is if you aren't of the opinion that Cali numbers compared to other areas are inflatuated, which I do. It is my opinion that when cali horses travel out of Cali you need to take a second look at their number. If you believe this, and that Duveen improves which he should, you have a winner at more then his morning line because of the possible action that Scipt will take. The double up from Duveen tells me he is ready for a decent sized top, which I am guessing in the 5 to 6 range, and if you think that Cali number is a little juiced, then you have a winner

Can anyone confirm when the pick 6 begins? I thought it was the 5th race, as Steve's picks indicate, but per the program changes from churchilldowns.com, the 6th race is listed as the beginning of the pick 6.

Had Catalano on the show Wednesday. Hope she runs well. Her shot is to wire it.

D/H,

Loved her in the Fantasy and we had Red Dog on.. Would be a great story. Worried she reacts to the big effort there though... Can't fault anyone using her..

As usual, Steve is correct. It starts in Race 5.

Thanks, Steve. Always appreciate your insights on ATRAB and this forum.

whorstman 05-04-2007 08:28 AM

So Half Ours is in the 4th Alysheba? I think that gives Student Council a better shot.

Is cross-entered, as is Wanderin Boy, in Saturday's 5th (the CD H'cap at 7f).. I am guessing 'Boy' goes today and 'Ours' goes Saturday... We'll know shortly with SCR/CHG's due...

jaripeo 05-04-2007 09:15 AM

For The 9th

I like Whatthescript and also DUVEEN This last may go for all.
