Head to head - which of the two will finish better?

In the past, the Derby and Breeder's Cup races had "head to head" wagers
here's a few that I would have put in such a bet, based on similar running styles...who would take of the two?

Teuflesberg vs. Liquidity
Circular Quay vs. Tiago
Great Hunter vs. Scat Daddy

I would have to bet against the horse from the west. I have seen them all and none have really impressed me. Oneil will have to have devine help to get in the money.
