My top pick, Park Avenue Ball scratched. I was looking forward to a Discreet Cat v Sun King in the Met but that isnt going to happen.

I love that horse. I really really do. I get so excited when I see him run. I dont ever bet on him, but I love watching him.

Good lord Sun King looks awful. I cant believe he doesnt look better. And why didnt Zito give him as distance work. For once I have to agree with The Sarge.

Good run by Sun King. If he was in better shape he would have flew on by them. I think Sun King is going to have a very nice year once he gets fit.

The track announcer acted like he won the race once he put his head in front at the top of the stretch... nice call!!

Boggles the mind what C Velasquez is capable of. He needs to get days for not switching the whip in the stretch. Joe Allen must REALLY not need money cause CV has cost him (and others) a ton the past year.

Not only does the blow the race for HIS horse but he screws it up for SK as well. Hard to argue that he hung when he's forced to be a pinball the length of the stretch.
