Article on cleared detainees.

So I just read on msn about how approximately 1/5 of the prisoners currently being held in Cuba have been cleared by the U.S. and are free to be released. The problem is that they don't know where they are going deport them to and they could remain in Cuba for years. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? Besides this war taking place period, that may be the single most offensive thing I have heard yet. Hell, they should be asked where they want to go. And this is coming from someone that proudly served in our military but am embarrassed by everything that this war stands for. We shouldn't have gone there to begin with, there has been no evidence to support anything the American public and it's allies were told was the reason for the invasion and now years later we are losing the war and read about us holding prisoners unjustly. This imo will go down in the history books as the single biggest mistake in U.S. foriegn relations history.

The only thing I disagree with you on, Samarta, is that this wasn't a "big mistake". It was done with intent. That makes it even more insane.
