Blue grass telecast question
ESPN showed a statistic that measured the actual distance that a horse ran in a race. What was the name of it? Anyone know this?
Thanks in advance. |

Horse A wins and runs 1500 feet Horse B is second -21 feet Horse C third....+30 feet Trackus shows race distance winner ran (1500 feet) and Horse B ran 21 feet less than the winner (rail trip maybe??) and Horse C ran 30 feet further (swung out wide in the 5 path down the backside...) and so on... |
where exactly does this rate on the usefullness scale??? the results on saturday seemed inconclusive if i recall
|
It's ironic that Keeneland is the only track that gives you ground loss information yet on its main track that info is pretty close to meaningless
