What time are the races in the U.S eastern time zone from Dubai? Or would it be Friday night here? Or early Saturday A.M.? Also, is there anywhere to wager and watch these races live besides internet wagering sites? Would the local OTB or Gulfstream be taking wagers?

Where's the local OTB? OTB's in Ny are taking them. Forst race is 9:40 or so Eastern time.

I confirmed with Xpressbet that they would be handling wagers on the Dubai races. I believe that the races start around 8:30 am EST. I assume that the online services will be streaming video. HRTV will also provide coverage.

What about Gulfstream? Or anyother tracks across the country. Will they be offering wagering?
