So I'm sitting here watching Good Eats on Food TV and "Steve" appears.

Wait just a second. Steve looks like Alton Brown?
And he cooks... BBQ. HOly mother of God.

This guy actually understands biochemistry. I get the biggest kick out of watching that show because the dadgum guy knows his thermodynamics and biochemistry. He is a friggin food scientist. If Steve is a food scientist Im defintely up to Saratoga.

I didn't even put that together. I simply saw the face, but you are right on the profession. Not that far off. One does radio, one does TV.
