The Two Old Men

I just got an email from one the 'Two Old Men." Apparently they are going to be doing some handicapping tonight and asked if I wanted to join them. I will let you know who they like.

I forgot all about her--but man she was right with Barbaro.

She is part of some group called Arabian Nights. They put on a show that has fortune telling, belly dancing and sword swallowing. It is a good show. But she freaked me out with her "clues" and to me they were pointing towards Barbaro. Cant wait until next year - lol.

LOL!!!
Two old men. I sat near them at Saratoga, Belmont, and even Finger Lakes.
They sat there for a long, long time.
Didn't seem they'd ever bet a race, while I was going crazy and losing huge.
Then, up came the race that they waited all day for. Ambled to the window.
Didn't share with me.
The smiles on their faces told the story.
So, I learned..ya don't need to bet every race.
The one that comes up that you waited for...BOTH FISTS!!!
Smile!

DTS (an "old man" too)

It used to drive me crazy too. I go to the track with them and they meander along slow as can be. Drink their coffee, talk about nothing and I am studying the DRF betting every race and lose. They bet two races, didnt have to spend time with their wife and walk out with a few grand. Boy they taught me tons about how to wager, when to wager and know your handicapping strengths and weaknesses.
