I thought the beyers between the 2 races would not be this close being the colts ran 1 1/2 seconds faster.
You sure would not have thought the turf changed that much in an hour.
Just Curious any thoughts why??

Given the extreme difference in the paces, I am guessing dramatically different runups were involved, if Beyer made an error, it was in making the fig for the boys faster.

How is that 9/1 future bet on Dortmund feeling.. I think CJ had it faster relative to Beyer

Even if Dortmund won by the length of the stretch, the 9-1 would still be preposterous.

But those that somehow think Dortmund's effort Saturday diminishes the overall impression of him, they're wrong.
