Looks like it's going to be nice weather on Saturday, but lousy on Monday. Hate that. Was hoping to go for the Southwest, but prediction is for freezing rain that morning. Temp eventually going to be 42 degrees which isn't horrible, but not nearly as good as Saturday when it's supposed to be 65. Not sure I want to be stuck in the clubhouse with around 40,000 other race fans.

i'd have made it a long weekend, but hubby has to work monday. but yeah, i agree, that sounds like a bad day.

Might work up the courage to go anyway for the big giveaway that day and to see any horses that might have relevance for the KD. Probably a better chance of getting eaten by a great white on Lake Quachita than winning some of the giveaway:D, but as they say, you have no chance, if you don't go. Hope you guys do well on Saturday.
