Just a note, Dubai Sky's 4th dam is by Alydar, out of the dam of Affirmed. She was then bred to Seattle Slew to produce Dubai Sky's 3rd dam

Dubai Sky Dazzling at Every Point in Spiral Win

To summarize my thoughts, it was very impressive! He was wide most of the way and into a pace that appeared fast early on raw fractions, and as I understand running wide during a fast pace and still having a finishing punch is difficult to pull off.

His older brother Twirling Candy seemed more impressive on synthetic, but he wasn't terrible on dirt. He did win the Malibu and Strub.
