No Steroids or Medications for Casino Drive

I challenge Big Brown to run without all his steroids and drugs.

Another practice in Japan that will be followed with Casino Drive is the lack of medications on Belmont Day. Tada said Casino Drive would not be administered steroids or bleeder medication. He said there were no plans to administer Butazolidin either, although he left open the window for that to change, depending upon the horse. He said the medications, widely used in the U.S., are not used in Japan.

He'd be in trouble if he got bute. Not permitted race day in NY.

Auto-toss

This is like one of your alcoholic friends bragging about how great it is to be sober, while you enjoy a beer and try to hold back a smile.

Not sure where you read anything about even giving bute, but I am pretty sure they know the rules.

So now we're supposed to view this as a matchup of good vs. evil?

Good luck with that.

I was under the impression that it was a macthup of Godzilla vs. Terminator.

Ummm. Big Brown is at the mercy of his handlers, so he won't be accepting any challenges other than on the racetrack.

You, on the other, can choose to take the challenge of the BETTING WINDOW (or screen).

Rather than challenging race horses online, I might suggest actually BETTING your opinion.

Send it the **** in, Ace.

Considering you posted the quote....."He had no plans to administer butazoladin" I would hope you could figure that out.

Just send all the boxes of steroids and medications via UPS :D

philcski 06-02-2008 02:42 PM

I also would like to announce that I will be attending the Belmont Stakes free of steroids or medication. Thank you for your support in this matter.

I'm leaning towards coming down Saturday....not planning on having any steroids in my system but there is the possibility of oral ingestion of some hopps and barley based liquid painkiller.
