No, not the second choice, but overall I have no argument with the post I answered. It is generally a relatively formful race.

Quite correct, somehow he was let go at that price.

The part of your assessment I referenced was that Mucho Macho Man is the likeliest winner. I can't see on what basis you can offer that opinion.

Whether AK is a good bet is a different issue altogether. That was neither something I mentioned nor something you brought up in your initial post.

Pattern wise there is no question. Who is more likely? AK? Dialed In?...I mean that was a huge top for AK first time dirt and now he gets 2 weeks. MMM hasn't even gotten back to his top. I didn't really say anything all that controversial.

In order for all of us to be able to understand what handicapping products go into the determinations made by someone like yourself you should share with us analysis similar to the above quoted one.

I've seldom, if ever, heard anyone quote the Sheets and simply the Sheets and believe without fail that they are infallible. Congrats.

Red Bullet was the second choice in the 2000 Preakness.

I didn't realize Bernardini paid $27 - I guess he was still a relative unknown at this time in 2006.

When Norman Asbjornson steps on the main track at Pimlico Race Course for the 136th Preakness Stakes (G1) on Saturday, Phil Grove will step out of the stewards’ stand.

A former jockey and current Maryland state steward, Grove will excuse himself to watch and cheer for Norman Asbjornson, who will be saddled by his son, Chris. Maryland Racing Commission Executive Director J. Michael Hopkins will replace Phil in the stewards’ stand for the Preakness.

I'm confused. According to the article it's the first time he has had to step aside, yet the article states that " long ago " it was agreed he would do so in any race that Chris Grove entered a starter, so are we to believe this is his first starter under these circumstances?

Maybe.

Maybe.

In the unlikely event that Norman Asborjnson is somehow involved in an inquiry for 10th place, I would have no problem with the conflict of interest.

Good to know.

What does that have to do with my post?
