I'm sorry but these people who prey on children should get the death penalty...They don't get better.

It keeps me from saying really dirty things to Baletto when we chat online lol. She says she's 18 but... you never know. If she all of a sudden invites me to Miami, I gotta say no just because of Dateline lol.

They are simply the lowest form of scum to walk the earth. These "men" that prey on children have ZERO place in our society.
sick bastards |
You guys do realize that this made for TV show is a big farce, dont you?
I mean there are scum out there that do this but this stuff they continuously show on TV is phoney. These guys are hired actors. |
Gander i just dont see how they could be, if it was a farce, why would they have police there, why would they question them, and why would they plug the group that helped bring the predators there. Beyond that, or would want to be a part of something like this. You would be out on the town and people would remember you.
|
It started out as real the first couple times they aired this on Dateline. The ratings were so good for those 2 episodes, they made this into a monthly thing. The last few airings were done with actors, even the law enforcement people were actors. Trust me, I have a very good source on this. Dateline and NBC are cashing in big time.

AMerican Idol hasn't been any good since the first season. Also the only season that produced someone with real talent. Clarkson is excellent.
I didnt watch the first or second season but I do like Kelly Clarkson very much. I think Carrie Underwood is also very good as well. The other winners I could care less about. The problem with this show is they do too much unnecessary acting now. Its funny like the first epsiode but they keep on and on with it and its ruining the show. I will still watch because my life is pretty boring especially in the winter. |
No way shape or form that show, Predator, is real. Lawsuit city, throw out in court city, fake reactions city. A waste of valuable tv space is all it is. In my opinion, it is disrespectful to the fine folks who take child predators seriously. They should be ashamed of themself, nbc, for airing this made for tv crap.

ENTRAPMENT - A person is 'entrapped' when he is induced or persuaded by law enforcement officers or their agents to commit a crime that he had no previous intent to commit; and the law as a matter of policy forbids conviction in such a case. However, there is no entrapment where a person is ready and willing to break the law and the Government agents merely provide what appears to be a favorable opportunity for the person to commit the crime. For example, it is not entrapment for a Government agent to pretend to be someone else and to offer, either directly or through an informer or other decoy, to engage in an unlawful transaction with the person. So, a person would not be a victim of entrapment if the person was ready, willing and able to commit the crime charged in the indictment whenever opportunity was afforded, and that Government officers or their agents did no more than offer an opportunity. On the other hand, if the evidence leaves a reasonable doubt whether the person had any intent to commit the crime except for inducement or persuasion on the part of some Government officer or agent, then the person is not guilty. In slightly different words: Even though someone may have [sold drugs], as charged by the government, if it was the result of entrapment then he is not guilty. Government agents entrapped him if three things occurred: - First, the idea for committing the crime came from the government agents and not from the person accused of the crime. - Second, the government agents then persuaded or talked the person into committing the crime. Simply giving him the opportunity to commit the crime is not the same as persuading him to commit the crime. - And third, the person was not ready and willing to commit the crime before the government agents spoke with him. On the issue of entrapment the government must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant was not entrapped by government agents. |

I 2nd that! the black chicks have had the best voices throughout the show but they have been ugly, with the exception of 5 id say.
Kelly Clarkson is the total package, I love her. But Katharine McPhee is my destiny |

Nothing wrong with Kelly Clarkson, but her voice is very inconsistent. I've heard Carrie live a couple of times and she impressed me. |
Carrie impresses me in a lot of ways.:D
|
You cant say one is better or more talented. Totally different styles. Both very good and the only 2 who deserved to win on that show.
