Im sure my beloved Balmoral Park looks NOTHING like that:D

uscrules 12-05-2006 05:27 PM

Dude, great picture but your taste in clothes leaves a lot to be desired for.

Downthestretch55 12-05-2006 05:29 PM

John,
Cool pic's. Thanks for sharing.
Now I know what I'm looking for when you show up at Toga.
Wayne

disappearingdan_akaplaya 12-05-2006 05:29 PM

lol yes but the place is over a 100 years old, like 1892 or 1894. theyve redone some of the inside of the grandstand this but only cuz theyve completely closed the clubhouse down other than the"horsemans lounge" which blows, and the gold cup room on the 3rd floor! the 3rd floor grandstand is nice for true handicappers due to the new handicapping center installed several years back. you can walk in and watch races from years back etc etc. believe me i hate having to be at hawthorne majority of the year, i wish sportsmans park the old sportsmans park was still going!

anyways kev balmoral and maywood are nothing to really go in your pants about visually. maywood however has done a ton of remodeling indoors and the clubhouse is nice now. balmorals out in crete which is south of here and since im not really a harness fan ive only drove out there a handful of times. its ok, id say id rate it better than tha wood

Maywood...no thanks...you could give me the 1 hole there Johnny and I could lead them gate to wire...

disappearingdan_akaplaya 12-05-2006 05:32 PM

im wearin some jordans as well, lol how tha hell do you dress?

SCUDSBROTHER 12-05-2006 05:33 PM

The dress was formal on that day.

Danzig 12-05-2006 05:33 PM

too coo! thanks for sharing the picture. sorry the filly got claimed tho.

disappearingdan_akaplaya 12-05-2006 05:36 PM

hahahha damn im gettin slammed by peole bout my clothes for wearin a shirt that costs like 80 bucks and kicks that go for round a buck 20. anyways kev yeah although im notta huge harness fan i prefer the mile tracks to the half miles like maywood and northfield, definite advantage for the inside especially if your drawn outside and have zero speed! harness racing has gone downhill here so much since 2000 when sportsmans was converted into a auto track and horse track. harness racing no longer existed there in the summer which used to draw huge crowds and at the end of the meet had the huge suer night every year. the purses now for harness here in chicago are nowhere near what they were in 2k and before! thats why alotta guys left or were absent for portions of the year like eric ledford, tony morgan, joe anderson, dave magee etc etc etc

no problem zieg=) there were 4 people in for her which is fine but the guy who got her is in the same barn as us which is very unethical in the business since he never even mentioned to my trainer or asked if hed have a problem if he dropped on the horse

John,
If one of mine finds its way to the winners circle, I might cross dress just for the special time. (JK!)
I think ya look "spiffy".

uscrules 12-05-2006 05:41 PM

wearin a shirt that costs like 80 bucks

You have to be kidding? You should really tuck that thing in and ditch those hoemboy sneakers.

Danzig 12-05-2006 05:43 PM

uscrules 12-05-2006 05:54 PM

I wouldnt feel sorry for Booty. Hes going to do just fine. Hey, isnt Oracle the only guy on here you defend? Your cheating on him.

sorry, didn't realize i had stepped on your toes at some point in the past.

been posting with playa, oracle, and a lot of others that are now here for a long time, we all are former espn'ers.. matter of fact, oracle and i have had our share of 'disagreements'. guess you missed all those.

disappearingdan_akaplaya 12-05-2006 05:57 PM

Danzig 12-05-2006 05:58 PM

the 'your' threw me...are you an original uscrules? seem to have seen that similar misspelling many times in the past from at least one other supposedly now former poster.

oracle80 12-05-2006 06:04 PM

Oh yeah no doubt.
USCrules has been here before, hes just a troll.
Nothing more spineless than a coward who has to change his name on an internet board.

uscrules 12-05-2006 06:04 PM

You came here and started speaking to many as if you knew past things we had said and spoken.
You are a fraud. Complete and total fraud.
Everyone knows it and everyone has known it from the start.
You want me to pull up and dissect some of your posts and prove it?

disappearingdan_akaplaya 12-05-2006 06:09 PM

oracle80 12-05-2006 06:17 PM

was wrong about the Bengals, perhaps carrying a grudge from when they beat us on opening weekend this year.

Good win for them, although I dont think they are a better team than the Ravens and I predict when its all said and done, the ravens will be playing for a spot in the Super Bowl and the Bengals will be lucky to make the playoffs.

Speaking of the lovely state of Ohio, we are off to play the Browns, leaving in about an hour.

Enjoy all the games this weekend, I will try to post live from Cleveland when I get a chance.

This was your post at 9:04 Am on December 1st. In it you said you were leaving for Cleveland in one hour, a flight that takes a while from KC, where you claim to be working. You then made posts, the last being at 9:37 AM on the same thread as the one you claimed to be leaving in an hour for.
Pretty funny that the next post occurred at 11:44 Am the same day!!! Wow uscrules!!! Do the Chiefs have the Concorde for a team plane?
heres the post:
Yesterday you said the 8th was a "crapshoot". Today your saying it was a 2 horse race? Which is it? You cant have it both ways.

Quotes from yesterday:

8th is a crapshoot but if we can get by this leg I think we've got one hell of a shot to be alive into the last leg.
I dunno Stud. That last race is just so hard.

Now can you please explain to us how you got on a flight headed to Cleveland from KC and got there in time to make this post?
Are you kidding me?
A sharp poster here alerted me to this and called you a total fraud.
We gave you soem more rope to hang yourself with and you did quite nicely.
Enough of the bull**** ok troll?

oracle80 12-05-2006 06:21 PM

Gee guys he logged out after my last post, I wonder why?

SentToStud 12-05-2006 06:25 PM

Stud its always more fun to let one of these guys think you actually believe his ruse and let him make a bigger ass of himself than he already has.
My guess is the next thing he will disclose is that hes the stunt double for Tom Cruise.

oracle80 12-05-2006 07:56 PM

Its a 608 mile flight from KC to Cleveland.
Im still waiting for the explanation to how USCrules got on a flight, passed through security, went 608 miles in a plane, deboarded, then got to a computer somehow to post in an hour and a half.
This oughta be pretty funny.

I'm pretty sure they allow laptops on flights these days, and I'd just as soon stay outta this mess!
