6-1 would be cool on Brooklyn Strong. He looks like a wicked strong contendah.

I went back and watched the Gotham and really like what Crowded Trade did in that race. Not sure what to make of Irad getting the mount on Risk Taking and Cancel aboard Crowded Trade - but it's worth noting that Cancel has been hot lately and just won the riding title. |

If Chad Brown has two horses in a race and Irad is on one of them and Cancel is on the other there is a reason. |
The reason being that Chad Brown wants one of them on one hoss and one of them on the other.

Irad and his connections vs that colony...not fair.

Search results will be tough to beat in the Oaks

Nobody out of this race is a Derby threat...again.

Could this have possibly been the worst major prep in the history of racing?

A few months later, he was able to break his maiden (on the turf), adding a maiden special weight to the fine list of accomplishments (2 first condition allowance races and a Grade 3 stakes) registered by the other horses in the 2016 Wood the rest of the year... |

Growing up in the late 70's and early 80's, everything about Dallas was full of glamour. The TV show, the Cowboys, their cheerleaders. Since my name is Reggie and the Yankees were winning World Series titles at the time I started watching baseball, I was a Reggie Jackson fan. Duke because I went to high school in South Carolina and our team was pretty damn good (#7 in the country my junior year). We'd go up to Durham on weekends and play and could always get in games cause our center was first team all-American and was highly recruited. While the UNC and NC St guys were usually assholes to us, the Duke guys never were. We spent a lot of time playing with those guys that went on to the championship game in 1986 and were the foundation of what Duke is today. Johnny Dawkins is still today one of my five favorite players. |
