Newt surges, as Romney faces offshore tax haven news

One sure way to get the press to go after you, is, when you are thought to be worth a quarter of a billion dollars and running for President for five years, refuse to release your income tax forms, say you are "unemployed just like you" to people unemployed and starving on the campaign trail, and describe $375,000 in speaking fees as "not much income".

Although it is not apparent on his financial disclosure form, Mitt Romney has millions of dollars of his personal wealth in investment funds set up in the Cayman Islands, a notorious Caribbean tax haven.
Newt - yes, Newt Gingrich - surging in South Carolina. Election in 3 days.

Gawd, I LOVE politics :D :{>:

Oh, and Obama is in the lowest 99% of the 1%....:D

Riot 01-18-2012 09:31 PM

Wait, there's more

Thursday night is another GOP Debate, on CNN. Last debate before Saturday's election.

ABC will be release clips during the day, then airing on Nightline, a new interview with Gingrich's second wife, describing in detail how he abandoned her for the affair with the intern, Calista. No new information, just going over all of it again, in detail, in public.

Wow. Powerful people really, really want Mittens the 1% as president.

so technically he is a 99% :p

what if you are a 99% but have a rich relative that is leaving all his millions to you...are you a 1% or 99% ?

and how much are you worth bigrun and do you need someone to leave all your $$ millions to? ;)

GBBob 01-19-2012 08:29 AM

Perry out...

travelling_vic 01-19-2012 08:45 AM

Perry's overt stupidity (along with the dumb twins Bachmann and Palin) are typical examples of the reactionary, out of touch idiots that the Republicans have to offer this time around.

A policy of DON'T along with a chorus of IQ's below 90 does not account for much.

jms62 01-19-2012 09:24 AM

If Perry endorses Romney it is all but over. The big question is if Paul pulls out and decides to go independent. If that happens Obama wins in a hand-ride.

Don't confuse me with facts...i watch Faux news for the real story...the 99% don't have rich relatives, moot question..

Perry out and Newt's 2nd wife blows the whistle on his Ménage à Trois on Nightline tonite.....who's the last man standing?....Mittster....

Coach Pants 01-19-2012 10:24 AM

Mittster is for abortion, war, the fed, bankers, big pharma, big oil, Mossad, ChiComs, one world government, military-industrial complex, forced vaccinations.

He's a hatesicle. America loves phallic objects. Suck it up, fatties!

Danzig 01-19-2012 10:47 AM

i've always said out of this group that mitt would get the nomination.

If only, the Paul/Huntsman (pissed he was angling for the veep slot all along I think, though he will not get it if Gekko gets the nod) ticket would be a very marketable one.

Yes I was once full of testosterone and very sure of everything I believed and said. Life taught me otherwise, or should I say the practice of medicine did.

Ron Paul has a few, very few ideas about life that would not fly with the powerful elite...His wholesale dismantling of government would not fly a full foot.

travelling_vic 01-19-2012 12:30 PM

old Ronnie is opened minded too, and I quote:"Given the inefficiencies of what DC laughingly calls the criminal justice system, I think we can safely assume that 95 percent of the black males in that city are semi-criminal or entirely criminal."

or, "Opinion polls consistently show that only about 5 percent of blacks have sensible political opinions, i.e. support the free market, individual liberty and the end of welfare and affirmative action."

You're full of estrogen now? Well at least you're a semi-aware b.itch. Full of medicine? Ever cared to do research on what you're taking and the type of food you're eating? Nah? Why cause you old and lack motivation? Ever wonder why, sir?

The growing mass of the uneducated and proud of it...Truly amazing use of monosyllabic language and the required gutter talk. Dime a dozen.

yes my master's thesis was on lead poisoning and the alteration in the structure of Calcium hydroxappatite crystals, and in toxicology it has a lot to do with what one eats, PASSIVELY as the tetraehyl lead of gasoline, after oxidation, became inorganic and polluted the environs. So pervasive in fact, that antarctic ice core samples used the loss of lead contamination as a benchmark for the year it was first added as an antiknock additive to gasoline. At the time of the study, it was still there as was Lead acetate (sugar of lead) in just about all paint. We all have a lead burden to one extent or another.

Toxic doses cause neurological damage. Live by a refinery? then get so ethylene di-amine tetra-acetic acid to chelate it from your neurons, quickly.

Another angry young man, has it all figured out from very very limited personal experience, and never states jack about his grandstander experience at the track. Ever actually be part of the game? Another description a dime a dozen.

"How about getting rid of the Department of Education and Department of Agriculture. Just go down the list. Get rid of it. Cut the budget in half. Everything that's not constitutional. That's a good place to start." –MSNBC interview, 2009

"I miss the closet. Homosexuals, not to speak of the rest of society, were far better off when social pressure forced them to hide their activities. They could also not be as promiscuous. Is it any wonder the AIDS epidemic started after they 'came out of the closet,' and started hyper-promiscuous sodomy?" -1990 newsletter.

"[Martin Luther King, Jr.], the FBI files reveal, was not only a world-class adulterer, he also seduced underage girls and boys…And we are supposed to honor this 'Christian minister' and lying socialist satyr with a holiday that puts him on par with George Washington?" -1990 newsletter

"Order was only restored in L.A. when it came time for the blacks to pick up their welfare checks." –1992 newsletter on the Los Angeles riots following the Rodney King verdict

e don't think a child of 13 should be held responsible as a man of 23. That's true for most people, but black males age 13 who have been raised on the streets and who have joined criminal gangs are as big, strong, tough, scary and culpable as any adult and should be treated as such." - 1992 newsletter

[It is the] destruction of civilization." –on the end of apartheid in South Africa

Racist nut job...

The unaccredited ophthalmologist (practices without board certification) son is on the same page:
If Rand Paul had his way, we'd still have child labor ("Because sometimes in really poor families, kids just have to pitch in."), we'd have no redress in court ("Yeah, those things just get so jammed — everybody playing the blame game. I mean, sometimes mines just collapse, you know? Nobody's fault. I think it's called gravity."), concentrations of corporate power could never get too big ("I mean, they must be doing something right, you know?), and restaurants that only want to serve people who trace their ancestry to northern Europe would be okay, and everybody should stop being so touchy ("I mean, if you don't trace your ancestry to northern Europe and you're really hungry, if you ask nicely, maybe they'll let you come in. I mean, these are things we can solve without laws and stuff.")

Your grammar and spelling are childlike so please spare me the nitpicking in that aspect, f.aggot.

And no one cares about your masters thesis. Talk about a dime a dozen. There are millions of over-educated idiots in this country like you who think that simply having the discipline to stay in school half your life somehow equals intelligence. Any semi-intelligent being that would say Romney is the only candidate that can relay his thoughts intelligently is simply wrong and either intellectually inferior, a troll, or in a high fructose induced coma.

I reject authority and the failing educational system in this country. And if I could I would go back in time and slap the s.hit out of the teacher who tried to teach you how to spell.

All of those comments are far less racist than our drug laws and entitlement system. And besides Paul is for less government so even if he had said those things then it's meaningless.

So it's o.k. to physically put your dog in a crate on top of a roof and drive for hours. It's also o.k. for a candidate to ask their wife for an open marriage. It's also o.k. for the other candidate to want a Christian nation that resembles a Muslim one.

But oh no. When the candidate who promotes peace and individualism has a newsletter with Lew Rockwell as editor that talks about the poor minorities and oppressed then he is the second coming of Hitler.

You are intellectually dishonest. Plain and simple.

The 20 something crowd didn't vote for politicians responsible for over 15 trillion in debt. Your generation did. Just old obedient smug servants who think they are part of the elite.

You're not. Your generation, which is probably the hippies, had a shot to make things right but weren't intelligent enough to realize the elite were distracting you with abortion rights and the environment. So much for that war movement.

Save the earth with your masters degree, sucker.
