LOL -- A warning from Napolitano
Don't secure the borders, then warn the cartels of "overwhelming response".
Only to a Democrat would that make any sense. http://www.reuters.com/article/2011/...70U5TB20110131 |

"President Barack Obama ordered some 1,200 National Guard troops to the southwest border last year, and also signed a $600 million bill to fund 1,500 new Border Patrol agents, customs inspectors and law enforcement officials."
Border patrol is at an all-time high, compared to what we have had there in the past. |

Wonder if the clueless Napolitano has seen this:
http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/...n/7407697.html 11.2 million non deserving people in this country illegally. Maybe this is also part of the reason our economy is in shambles? After all are these illegals paying for anything. I could care less if they are using fake SSN's and paying taxes and not getting a refund. The people who employs these illegals should be fined. |

not only that but most work the jobs that the majority of america wouldnt consider doing or applying for. I'm so anti-consertative when it comes to the issue of illegals, I would get booted out of the politics section if I said how I feel! |

i think you'll find that the govt doesn't crack down on employers with illegals on their payrolls. said workers pay into the ss system, with no hope of ever recouping that money.
however, companies who pay under the table can expect to be raided. cash money means no money to uncle sam, and uncle sam doesn't like that. |

Those littering unemployment lines? |
Quote:
You know, like if you made $100K a year, you get $300, $350 a week. Wow, let's hope we get laid off to rake that free cash in! LOL! All those payroll deductions we've paid over our lifetime of working sure cashes out great! Most people who are "littering unemployment lines" are not happy to be there. There is always a baseline unemployment. The numbers are far above that. And it's not due to some mass contagious infection with lethargy and laziness that has suddenly infected hundreds of thousands of people. |
