#2, Regally Ready, is 'ready' to wire the field

2:1 is too short, however

good call fats, should have just played him with everyone, lol

the_fat_man 07-18-2010 12:36 PM

CRC R2:

Doctor Garrett, #4, is fastest easy

see if he can get 7F

win

the_fat_man 07-18-2010 12:40 PM

****in' IDIOT on the 9, the stalker, moves too soon, setting up a perfect trip for the chalk, AND completely collapses the race getting the 4 and HIMSELF NOTHING.

That would be the 'cerebral' jock, Sixto Ribera.

jms62 07-18-2010 12:45 PM

Mth 3

4.00 P3 3/5/1,5,8
1.00 P3 3/3,5,10/1,5,8

the_fat_man 07-18-2010 12:51 PM

WO R3:

I don't think Attfield's horse (#3), the co-favorite, is any good. There are a number of unknowns in the race (including the co-favored entry) but one thing is certain: Woolly Bear (#7) will have the lead. And they haven't exactly been coming back on turf up there.

The only other horse that interests me is #6, Hold that Echo --- but I need at least morning line (12:1) to bet her.

Win #7 @ >= 4:1
Win #6 @ > 12:1
otherwise
exacta: 7 / 1, 6

I'm done for the day... Meant to play the ****ing 6-East to Eden and I ****ing enter the 3 as a single. ****ing moron,

the_fat_man 07-18-2010 01:01 PM

You're going to let something like that stop you? You know how many times I've punched the wrong horse or been shut out on a winner? This kind of **** builds character. It's why we love this game so much.

pointman 07-18-2010 01:02 PM

Belmont 3

Can't see why the 2 can't get a share here at 23-1 on the drop down, but there is always the Rudy factor

$10WP 2
$5EXB 2,7

Good Luck!

the_fat_man 07-18-2010 01:06 PM

Woodbine T-bred - Race 3
# Win Place Show
7 $5.80 $3.20 $2.60
1 . $3.40 $4.30

Wager Type Winning Numbers Paid
$2.00 Exacta 7-1 $22.20

See, this is just about the ONLY THING that Chantal is good at: frontrunners. If I were a trainer, I'd never put her on anything that needs to run from off the pace, she can't finish for ****. She should be a specialist, only.

the_fat_man 07-18-2010 01:16 PM

MTH R4:

#9, Delaware Slew, is the best closer in the race and presently an overlay @ 9:1.

The problem in this race is that the best horses otherwise (#5 and #7) are closers as well, and there doesn't figure to be much of a contested pace.

#9, win @ > = 7:1

otherwise

exacta: 9 / 5, 7

ebox: 3, 5, 9

declansharbor 07-18-2010 01:26 PM

Fat Man, do you have any opinion on the 8th at WO? Is it the 12 and no one else as it looks on paper? Speed is sticking up there today.

the_fat_man 07-18-2010 02:23 PM

MTH R6:

there's a lot of speed in this race; and everybody saw #6, Mywifenosevrything's, trip last out.

the 2, Morningsideheigts, should be able to get a very nice setup

Win #2

Shoulda stayed away... ****ing 1 and done blows

the_fat_man 07-18-2010 02:33 PM

I made 2 horses in the race: the 2 and the 6. Because the trip was so obvious on the latter, I need to get cute and miss out on a very generous $68 number.

Major ****UP

the_fat_man 07-18-2010 02:37 PM

Needless to say, if Attfield keeps Sutherland up on the 6, the 3 wins the race. Way to finally wake up, Roger.
