I would say on 2 trophies worth Herk. If Douglass wasn't on his Gulfstream sabatical then it would definitely be worthy of 3.

herkhorse 01-10-2010 12:44 PM

Won't be long 'til the rebuilding year excuses start flying again.:D

MaTH716 01-10-2010 12:53 PM

That is a horrible job by the Ravens staff not challanging that play!

northeastbound123 01-10-2010 12:56 PM

agree, how could the staff upstairs let that go

dagolfer33 01-10-2010 01:00 PM

Thats brutal, how can you just give the Pats the ball on your own 20 without challenging a winable challenge???????????They just gave the Patriots 7 points, thats just fuc!ing stupid.

If they end up losing this game, someone upstairs should be fired for that one.:wf

rpncaine 01-10-2010 01:39 PM

It ain't over, but GOD I hope the Raven's hang on to this one.

Brady doesn't look right, that being said this Rice guy gets something out of nothing every time.

Pats receiver Randy Moss has been walking around the facility this week like a 90-year-old man

A source also told ESPN that Brady also has a broken right ring finger that was giving him more problems than his three broken ribs

* Wes Welker didn't play due to injury. Edellman was playing with a broken forearm. The defensive tackles were both coming back from injuries.

I think health had something to do with NE's performance today. They're not that bad. It's like watching a consistant Graded Stakes performer running a 72 Beyer on his best track at his best distance.

It's late in the year, everyone is hurt STFU!

Did Moss even play today ? I didn't hear his name once. Another year and no ring for him.

Did he play?

That's a very deep question.

Face it DrugS, the guy is the opposite of a winner. Puts up big numbers in games that don't matter, then falls apart/doesn't show up in the big games. Maybe after the game he can go over to the Ravens locker room and see if David Tyree will let him try on Tyree's Super Bowl ring. :D

The Indomitable DrugS 01-10-2010 03:31 PM

And I will be laughing my ass off as I fall asleep thinking about you having to deal with 9 months of agony until next season thinking of your beloved Pats getting destroyed today.

At least we all know that Welker is the #1 WR on that team. Without him Moss is invisible.

If only you hadn't converted '85, NE probably would have won today.

The Indomitable DrugS 01-10-2010 03:41 PM

Moss was invisible because he couldn't run or cut.

It was very well documented that he couldn't even walk all week. Brady never attempted a medium range or deep throw to him - and never looked at him.

He was out there as a decoy.

If you put Welker out there on a pair of crutches - he wouldn't have performed well either.

LOL, good one!

I still say the Crimson Tide are going to make Giant's Causeway their new mascot.

Randy Moss caught five balls for 48 yards in the Patriots' Wild Card round loss to the Ravens.
Clearly not 100 percent, Moss was essentially used as a decoy to run clear-out routes while Julian Edelman and Kevin Faulk worked the middle of the field.
http://www.rotoworld.com/content/pla...=166096&spln=1

All 5 catches came in garbage time with the Ravens playing 15 yards off of him.

Basically begging Brady to throw an easy 5 yard completion to Moss - and knowing he's not fast enough to get out of bounds or gain anything after the catch.

But you were still confident before the game, right?

Absolutely. How could they lose?

There are a lot of successful and otherwise smart people who believe in crazy religious stories and religious figures.

They call it faith.

Randy Moss is my Jesus. I'm as big a fan of him as that Jeff Mende guy is of Jeff Mende.

Another season just ended with Moss getting nailed to the cross.
