Hum, Limbaugh In The Owners Box
http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news;_yl...v=ap&type=lgns
Now, with the comments he made about I believe Donovan McNabb back when he was a pre game guy this coiuld be interesting. |
Just another old fat rich guy with ultra-conservative views, he'll fit right in!

lost some fat, now if he could just get rid of the hot air. |
I look for them to have a conservative offense and to be tough on defense.
LOL GET IT? |
I predict they will have a white QB and an all black "O" and "D" line. Rushbo lost a lot of weight....maybe more drugs???

I wonder if they can blame losses on the "liberal media".

What Rush said bout Donovan was not out of line totally but rather a little on the edge. Been better unsaid. Why don't all these "I'm lookin out for my black brothers and sisters" people like Sharpton and Jackson take a cue from Stephen Smith. Don't critize what he said till you know it. Sometimes I think Rush takes it over the edge and come across wrong when it comes to race issues. I've been a regular listener since 1993, so I qualify to have an opinion. I also know that he is an equal opportunity fun loving basher. He has numerous black friends and has held his ground, albeit rough on the edges, since day 1. I also know I would not trust Sharpton nor Jackson with nothing of mine, nothing. Scum will be defined in due time by them, living in the past rallying a race to look back and say how dare they, those white people. Yeah, nobody ever talks bout how African Tribal Leaders sold THEIR OWN to the Dutch. I could go on and on and on...................... |

According to Al Sharpton owning the NFL is a priviledge, so is playing.
You give felons a second chance, but not a conservative talk show blow-hard? Who replaces Rush when he goes on vacation? I rest my case. |
i find it interesting that players and i think even the players association is speaking out about this and many saying they would never play for him. I think if the checks he writes are big enough, they will play!
saw on espn that only 1 ownership group (the steelers) had owners that backed obama, so yes Rush will fit right in! |

Who cares what Al Sharpton says. He is a proven scumbag. But his political view s are tolerated because of the freedoms that we all share as Americans. Sorry Brockguy. |

But really..don't you agree with the first part? |
“Therefore, this is about the future of the United States of America and what kind of country we’re going to have.”-R.L.
Other than versions of his own country's past, I'd really like to know exactly where the examples of this Conservative Paradise are. I don't think even Australia is as Conservative as this country is. Guys like Rush do a good job of making it seem like it's the norm in other countries. It is not. It is not common. The norm is more like his enemies. Other than dictatorships, it's hard to find another country as Conservative as he'd like this one to be. That goes for the rest of you Ultra C. We are not the oddballs. Like it or not, most of the world considers you folks the oddballs (cowboys.) You're extreme. Rush is extreme. That's why they don't want him in the group. Just because there are a lot of Ultra C on here doesn't mean they're not extreme. There are just a lot of extreme people attracted to the core subject of this message board (horseracing.) |

"On his syndicated show Thursday, Limbaugh said he was approached by St. Louis Blues chairman Dave Checketts earlier this year about participating in a Rams bid. Checketts assured him his involvement as a minority investor had been vetted by the NFL, he said."
Guess he made a few new stupid comments since then. Rush went on to (of course) blame Obama. If someone has a wrong-colored turd, this guy is gunna try to pin it on Obama. |
It really is a sad day in America when a person can ADMIT TO KILLING innocent dogs, serves a short time in "prison" and then be on the field playing in the NFL. Oh, he has served his time for his crime and is a new man.
Then, when a MAN is asked to buy in on a NFL team and is refused based on quotes from "Media Sources" that are still not proven as FACT, oh wait...... He is refuted from the head of the players union and Roger G, you know what, I don't care to sit and type all of what each and every one of you already know. If you don't, you will. It is a sad damn day in this country when no good SOB's can help dictate something like this. |

Yeah, if interested I'll be glad to provide the links. I'll pin numerous turds on Obama as well as Bush, Clinton, Reagan, etc... By the way Scuds, do a little research and check the connections on who is in a position of authority with the NFL. May be able to connect the "turds". |

The NFL has every right not to allow controversial figures to own teams. Simple as that. Rush is too controversial. I wouldnt let him in either, regardless of political leanings. Jerry Jones, Al Davis and Dan Synder are bad enough
If the rest of the world was so damn smart the World Cup would be an Football tournament, not some soccer schlepfest. Does anybody else get tired of hearing what the rest of the world supposedly does or thinks? Sorry Scuds progressive is another version of liberal. Now we have two serial posters that are liberal deniers. |
Yeah! Hold em all acountable for being liberals!
