Love the 5,7,8 in the 4th at Belmont. The favorite is ok, and figures to get a decent trip, but frankly the 7 is better than him, and the 5 ran a credible race last out- the speeds that tried to go with him got shattered and only the 3/5 favorite got by. Think the 8 could use the drop- only beaten 5 in his debut by Lime RIckey would would be 1/9 against this field.

Yeah, he should've been 3/5 with that career high 65 Beyer and never running on the turf. :rolleyes:

his breeding suggested he could run on the turf and he had run the dist.but more importantly he ran well the last few times..with the scratches i figured he would be bet more..sorry king a team

Beyers on dirt when moving to the turf don't mean jack, you know that. 3/5 is kind of ridiculous but he should have been lower than 11-1.

Of course, I get split for a huge payoff, because I'm a phucking jackass who refuses to dutch bet, when that was the appropriate play here.

I know, I liked him too and used him as a B in my Pick 4 ticket that died in the first leg. I just don't like redboarding, especially after one of our own suffers such a bad beat.
