Home, think I'm getting the flu.....no car (you know the story).....two football games (first two sucked!) & money in my phone-a-bet :eek: Nothing better to do on a Sunday in January...with that said, here goes the first of hopefully many winners today.....

Well, traditionally I take January off, but I'm getting kind of itchy already.
I'm going to be trying a few new betting strategies for '08 and I'm ready to put them to the test. And yes, one of the strategies is to win more. :D

Good luck today, Nothing will make you feel better than cashing a few good tickets. I would almost gladly accept the flu, if it meant a day to myself to bet ponies and watch football. Except I have just the opposite, both the boys are sick which really sucks. Hoping to get them both asleep just in time for the Giants game. Maybe I could at least enjoy the first half. But anyway I hope you do well and feel better, and yes in that order!

The 6 showed some cheap speed in the past, so I though maybe it would be a good underneath in the exacta. Sure enough these idiots let that one get away. Of course I'm the idiot for not having a single dollar on its nose.

Just couldn't grade Linden Ave an "A" in the 6th. Even as fav on the board. Had winners B,A,A,C. With Linden as an "A" would have cashed the cover. Frustrating.
