I'd love to hear someone type that the trainer didn't know...

"Moi?" "C'est vue plais?" "Qui?" "Le cobra?" "a la plage..."

Je n'ai pas fait t. Ce n'était pas me. Il y a quelque erreur. Je suis innocent. Je m'ai été établi par mes ennemis. Le vétérinaire est criminel.

oui

Bobby Fischer 10-17-2007 10:26 PM

well, he did agree to it...

i like how in racing we hand out a year ban , and then allow the guy to agree to a softer ban.
Maybe next week we will hear that he has agreed to an even SOFTER ban?

By the time the Breeders Cup is run we will find that he has agreed to be allowed full control and profits of his racing operation,
- with the only stipulation being that he sun on a beach while training via cellphone.

Is it really true that most French chicks are down with tossing salad?

Nascar1966 10-17-2007 10:36 PM

A nice trend is being set by the Kentucky Horse Commission in allowing this so called softer penalty. Once a crook always a crook.

Better to get him to take this than to lose the whole thing three years from now in court. The KHRA barely has the money to keep it's doors open , I'm sure they did not want a court case that would surely be tied up in court for a long time, especially when they may lose.

But, I have it on good word that French chicks guzzle down more man chowder than your typical USC song girl during a national championship season.

No, it is better to stand up as a sport, conduct a thorough investigation and ban him for life.

Why dont they stop the war in Iraq and cure world hunger too? Be realistic. In this world that we live in, those with the best lawyers win. They are a state agency, not a representative of the sport as a whole. Though I think that they do most of what they do as a part of a few individuals whims, I believe they have done a pretty good job with this one.

Sadly, I don't own a copy.....

Anywho.....here is the review....I never knew they gave awards for "best comedy in a porn"

"Girlvert is not mellowing with age. Instead, it seems that Ashley Blue's contract status allows her more time to consider how to humiliate the girls that agree to appear in her signature series.
For example: Girlvert ****s the mouth, ass and puss of lovely French girl Melissa Lauren with a very large dong, smacks her around, pulls her hair, calls her naughty names and even shoves Mel's face in Johnny Thrust's ass saying, "It's OK, you're used to smelling like ass, you're ****in' French!"

And that, friends, is only the beginning.

Still porn's most hilarious series. Pre-noms: Best Comedy, Best Continuing Video Series, Ashley Blue for Best Actress and appropriately creepy Dirty Harry for Best Supporting Actor. "

paisjpq 10-17-2007 10:57 PM

sweetheart...save it for balletto...I'm really not that interested.

blackthroatedwind 10-17-2007 11:00 PM

Here's an idea DrugS....think for two minutes after writing this crap and then decide whether or not you want to post.

The Indomitable DrugS 10-17-2007 11:04 PM

You don't use the old 'think before hitting the submit button' line on Freddy....but moi?

Moi?

It comes down to the way you run your business.
The problem with what I am in favor of, is that horse racing does not run a smart business, or a strong business, or even a solid business. So yes I am being a bit unrealistic. I disagree with your stance of lawyers... It is who has the most money while running the strongest system who wins. A strong Horse racing body with all of the owners and horseman behind it, and operating in a strong systematic way would dwarf Biancone and anything he could muster. Rule to Rule , Dollar to Dollar and Lawyer to Lawyer. However, that is not at all the reality.
I think you are correct that a strong stand would be uncharacteristic and difficult here. There are a lot of things that racing does very poorly. It may be one of the greatest sports in the world, but the people who run it do not know a thing about business.

It is frustrating to watch.

The Indomitable DrugS 10-17-2007 11:15 PM

Get back on topic Bobby....

This thread is about obscure porn movies that I've seen.

Bobby Fischer 10-17-2007 11:22 PM

lol at the sidebar or maintopic .... Ashley Blue

The Indomitable DrugS 10-17-2007 11:25 PM

Ashley Blue is one down ass biotch!

And much like me when I was a little boy, I believe she also collected 'Garbage pail kids' trading cards....so she says in that porn anyway!

Sadly, I believe my grandma threw my Garbage Pail Kids trading cards collection away when I was about eight or nine years old.

My life has rapidly gone downhill ever since.

Perhaps you are not familiar with the ruling bodies of TB racing. They are state agencies over which we have lttle control and are about as far away from a normal business as possible. And the person with the most money usually hires the best lawyers. If they had given him 45 days i could agree that it was not a harsh sentence. But losing a trainers license for a year is a step in the right direction.

Oui

I think how these cases progress, once outside the governing bodies authority and how they take on a life of their own -- and the potential litigation, is without question a factor.

Maybe the negative polygraph test about having knowledge of the venom being there (if true, was in the news) could have influenced willingess to make the suspension 6 months.

What is the deal about, "license suspended for 6 months", and then "can't renew for 6 months after that" ? Somebody explain? Licenses are not annual, are they? Doesn't that action depend upon and require reciprocity from other racing jurisdictions for not licensing him? How can KHRA enforce that?

Danzig 10-18-2007 05:18 AM

i'd imagine after six months, biancone can apply for a license elsewhere, just not in ky. all states reciprocate on suspensions, but after reading about this case, i guess another state can give him a license, but ky doesn't want him applying with them til the year is up. so he could possibly train again after six months, just not in ky--that's my best guess at that deal.
and i also saw that his bc horses will have to transfer to another, right. he can get any financial reward if they do well, but no money after 11/1--right?
