Good grief.. Hit the tri anyway, but A Million Demons (1a) gets slammed on the turn (Gold D Cat maybe?) and loses Espo..

They're dropping like flies!

Like a couple of longshots late in card:

7th Race: 3 - Junkanoo Party - JV doesn't ride often for this trainer, but in the small sample he seems to ride them when ready.

9th Race: 10 - Bee Seventeen - hasn't done much, but gets 1st Lasix and blinker's off, Levine has good stats off both angles and also has them ready on first starts for him, think he is worth a flyer.

Pick 4 a little tough for me today, think there will be big numbers today. Good luck to all!

Rudeboyelvis 05-13-2007 02:19 PM

Race 5

Flying Falcon made all kinds of sense on the drop...tough beat

hoovesupsideyourhead 05-13-2007 02:22 PM

ita looking like the old keeneland at belmont..bust to the lead hit the rail..and coast...........

Thx Jay.. Singled in P4.. Plus EX/TRI/SUPER.. Maybe it's me, maybe I'm just silly, but I love the dim bulbs that question the selections using 4 horses.. Tough to hit a superfecta for $900 using 3 horses..

Nice call, Pointman!

Kasept 05-13-2007 03:19 PM

Thx, but well done yourself on Junky! And I'm with Jay thinking C-Town Slew is the value play in the feature..

Rudeboyelvis 05-13-2007 03:37 PM

Going to use Contessa's Oedipus Oneil as the bomb here with Classic Fran (nice form when back on the BEL grass)

$2 Ex

3,10/2,3,4,9,10

Thanks, Steve. I know it was only a 3 race sample, but I just had a feeling that JV took this mount for a reason. Hoping for the bomb in the 9th, but I like the numbers. I think I will be looking for this jockey/trainer combo during this meet.

Kasept 05-13-2007 03:56 PM

Heh, heh.. Forgot I scratched into Red Zipper as the top choice there..

fpsoxfan 05-13-2007 04:09 PM

Well Guys...Any additional insight on the 9th?? Very Confused

Kasept 05-13-2007 04:27 PM

Carryover to Wednesday...

And missing Pointman's Junkanoo Party costs $4,700 in the P4..

fpsoxfan 05-13-2007 04:39 PM

Well....the bombs were hitting today, but like many of us I was on the wrong ones. Nice carryover for Wednesday. Enjoy!!

Nick - Great call on Junkaroo! Glad we split bets today!!

Just got my Blackberry sorted out, Loved Quiet Rendition in 6th who ran second to Steve's pick4 single. Would have killed that exacta if I saw how much Steve liked the #12. Miss one day around here and it cost $$...

Great Cappin all around!

docicu3 05-13-2007 11:00 PM

Steve

You really should somehow keep track of this incredible run you have been on for quite sometime. 1 dollar exacta, tri and where appropriate super boxes using the choices you put out. Your ROI over time is like taxes and death.....you can bank on it!!!

I knew you would be money today as you seem to take a bad day personally and come out blazing the next day with incredible predictable success!!!

I knew Belmont was gonna be a "victim of Byk" 5 minutes after Lone Star ended last night.......you get pissed and seem to be able to channel it into the next days card especially in New York.

Great work again Steve.......redundant but true!!
