Derby Trivia

Just had someone here at work tell me some interesting Derby trivia - feel free to add your own on to this thread...

There are two Derby winners that have the same name as major cities in the State of Washington - Spokane (where I currently live) won the Derby in 1889 and 88 years later Seattle Slew won the Derby in 1977.

Now you know... :p

Anybody up for a fun trivia game?

Rules are, the person who answers correctly gets to ask the next question and so on. If Derbycat doesn't mind I'll start...

The only race this horse ever won was the Kentucky Derby. Who was he?

In addition to that Derby (1933) being the only win for Broker's Tip, it is a legendary running of the race for another reason.. Why?

It was originally cancelled due to the depression.

This horse has the distinction of not only being the first horse to win the Derby when owned by a woman, but also the first horse to be listed as bred by one...who is he?

The largest margin of victory was 8 lengths, by 4 different horses. Johnstown, Whirlaway and Assault were 3, who was the 4th?
