Umpires suck. About five pretty clear botches during the course of this monster Rangers inning so far. Makes it a lot easier to score a gang of runs when the umpires give you six outs rather than the customary three.

And stealing with a seven run lead! A ball should be earmarked for David Murphy's earhole next time he steps up to the plate.

I disagree with you in this case. This isn't a Tuesday night game in June (where I would agree with your punishment). It's the freakin ALCS, there is too much on the line not to keep your foot on the pedal for the entire game. They got their butts beat by a better team, they had much bigger problems than Murphy swiping a base up by 7.
It's a non event if you ask me.

The Vulvarenes lost too.

You should have asked me---this is huge.

I agree, score as many runs as you can, unwritten rules be damned.

Doesn't mean the opposition has to take it though. I'd say if that were a Wednesday in the regular season, Murphy would have had one high and tight in his next at-bat. Unfortunately, he never came up again with runners not on base, so we'll never know whether they would have defended themselves. Brad Penny will do that to a game.

Easily the worst sports weekend in recent memory for Michigan fans. Lions looked lost against the Niners. So much for that little bit of fun. 7-9, here we come!

What, you thought they were going to go 16-0? So they 5-1 and on the upswing. Better days are still ahead, this is a new team/organization. Enjoy the ride, as a Lions fan you truly deserve it

The Rangers had to pour it on in game 6 so stealing 2nd base with 7 run lead made sense. They knew they would have had zero chance in a game 7 going against Fister!! In fact the entire population knew it.

laugh if you must. I saw Fister in game 5 against the Yankees and game 3 against the Rangers. Nothing in baseball is guaranteed but I would have liked his chances in game 7 if it got there. Please.

That's a lot different than this gem you posted earlier.
