I can understand why one could come to that conclusion. Hard Spun ran a tough race and is coming back in short order. But what makes you think Hard Spun fired his best shot in Kentucky and won't be able to run at the very least an in the money performance?

I've heard it gets really muggy up there in August. I mean, it's hot in Miami. But it's a different kind of hot.

I can get hot but it's a bit overblown....mostly it's pretty nice unless you get really unlucky with the rain.

Nope. Never been to Del Mar either. Might try to do both this summer.

Byk is apparently inviting all board members to stay with him so you have a free place to stay.

I'm going to Del Mar (opening weekend) for the first time this summer.

I missed Saratoga last year. I don't plan to miss it this year.

This is a very simple betting race for me.

I'm heavily playing an exacta wheel with Curlin and HS on top of Street Sense.

I'm also playing a single trifecta key HS and Curlin over HS and Curlin over Street Sense.

No---the new shooters are all very moderate....except for maybe Flying First Class....but, I'm going out on a limb and saying he's a sprinter.
