I have caddied on the Nationwide Tour and watched guys routinely bomb it 330 and not even blink. But their iron play sucks and so does their putting. More distance off the tee does not equate to making a golfer better.

I agree with you it is overrated, this is all speculation anyway. I can't get into Tiger's head, all we know is he wants to be the best now and the best all time. If he's clean, he's still the best golfer in the world. And if he's not, then god help them all out there. No one can touch him, not even Jack can.

Yes, but didn't he hit a pitching wedge into 13 that year. He should have 1 putted most holes..;)
