And Oklahoma lost at Home to Texas Tech who got killed by Texas who got killed by Oklahoma. OK has lost its best RB and now its best WR. OK state isnt a cinch but they can beat OK.

The Broyles injury might be huge, I saw it earlier but It slipped my mind.

Reid's interception was like a magic trick.

A rematch would be completely unfair to LSU. Assuming they both win out, because they won this game LSU now has to play a conference title game. Bama doesn't. If there was a rematch, it can only occur if both Ok St and Stanford lose, very real possibilities, so the issue of whether one beaten Bama should be there over unbeaten Ok St or Stanford would be moot. Now, assuming Bama did make its way back to #2. That would mean LSU would be forced to beat Bama TWICE and win the conference title game while Bama would need only to SPLIT with LSU after losing at home. Can you imagine the screaming from LSU fans if Bama won 10-7 rematch on a neutral field and won the title after you beat them at their place? Even worse would be Oregon getting a rematch, a scenario not impossible to see.

Same for 'Nana last night.

You're just lucky Les didn't Etch-A-Sketch(TM) or it would have been worse.

SSSSSSO CLOSE!!

Coach Pants 11-06-2011 10:04 AM

LSU is lucky they have a better field goal kicker. Plus we have an offensive coordinator that is highly overrated and built his resume off Julio and Ingram. They would make Mr. Magoo look competent.

Stanford will beat any team in a dome setting.

The Browns OC/HC is not competent, believe me.

That play where Maze let the punt fly past him completely changed the game. If he returns that, Bama wins IMO.

said:

alabama has the best dee in the last 10 years,( wrong!!...LSU does) they are playing at home.( at least you got that one right) the dee will score more points than the lsu offense will.(wrong!! )if they dont go over 42 by themselves,( they didn't ) bama and under is the easiest parlay of the year. book it ( wrong!!... never judge a book by it's cover)

Seems ta me there were a few untruths in there......kumquat.

clyde 11-06-2011 03:01 PM

They may.......I think the only team that can beat them is Bama. However, if Myles falls in love with playing Jefferson over Lee, we can definitely be defeated by Arkansas or in the SEC championship game. Lee provides a balanced offense, and Jefferson is only going to run the putt-putt JV offensive scheme.

Danzig 11-06-2011 09:17 PM

i don't think he's turning his back on lee. but lee was not helping the show yesterday, so he pulled him. first do no harm and all that. lee has been doing well all year; perhaps his nerves failed him yesterday?

I would disagree...especially on Arkansas.

They are cheep speed.

Coach Pants 11-07-2011 12:39 AM

Arkansas is the trap game. They aren't flukes with that qb.

clyde 11-07-2011 07:41 AM

They are overinflated piglets.

Fucl< Arkansas.

And their coach has no Etch-A-Sketch(TM) skills.
