Nurses certainly dont consider their job a glamour job. I think the glamour comes in when a doctor becomes a specialist that does not have to work very hard, or actually have contact with everyday maladies in everyday people. Its much more fun to say you worked on Manny's wrist, than I got an elderly woman to walk with no discomfort. I think the age we treat people and prevention is very important like you do. I dont want big money spent on people that would be my parent's ages while youngsters go untreated. |
