Not that I would ever disagree with you for fear of not getting some free beer - but I am not sure I understand what you mean. Why would he get a free pass ? and who will give it to him the NY Times? MSNBC? David Letterman ? Morty? |
I like Ike.

Well, no...not the ones you mentioned. But WSJ, FOX, Rush, etc will all say that he was distracted by the economic disaster and he was too busy trying to save his country ( what exactly did he do yesterday anyway?) to be able to prepare properly. Morty gives no one a pass |
Hang on..SkidsBlubber is about to say nothing.

Debate no longer needed - McCain won!
http://voices.washingtonpost.com/the...ns_debate.html " McCain Wins Debate!! Although the fate of tonight's presidential debate in Mississippi remains very much up in the air, John McCain has apparently already won it -- if you believe an Internet ad an astute reader spotted next to this piece in the online edition of the Wall Street Journal this morning. "McCain Wins Debate!" declares the ad which features a headshot of a smiling McCain with an American flag background. Another ad spotted by our eagle-eyed observer featured a quote from McCain campaign manager Rick Davis declaring: "McCain won the debate-- hands down." Here's the screenshot. |
Interesting that McCain didnt show up on capitol hill today
Yes, The maverick's presence was so necessary on tursday that he wanted to call of the debate to "answer his call to duty" didnt even bother to show on the hill today. Everyone else worked overtime to get a deal done but old mav just made a couple of calls.
And there are some that still believe that all of his drama from last week wasnt just a stunt. http://ap.google.com/article/ALeqM5i...zmuvQD93FE4T80 |
