When I form this group its goals are winning money not just having fun.If I want to have fun I can go to a carnival.Like I say before,if this takes off and its show a profit along the way, there will be alot of riders coming aboard.Like I said I will come up with an idea to make this happen and work.

Like I said, good luck to whoever gets in on it.

Sure you risk on your opinion, but they way you stated it was that there was no risk in this. My guess is that you could go two years before hitting this, but just imagine if a total of 100 people had 20k invested into a syndicate, and today was the day that you nailed it, for 600k+, pipedream yes, but minorly possible

Some days you go for the guster, some days you go for the hit. Today I spent $216 and I went for the hit, the most logical way and I got gots, I'll guarantee you if I had 3k to drop on this bitch today, I could have gotten to the final leg, but I doubt I would have had that 9.....

Nobody said Bid would be in charge of the money did they? Then why bring it up? That stuff is for PM's.

The Bid 07-02-2007 10:13 PM

Youre a goddamn buffoon PGA, probably the biggest on here for some of the dumbshit youve said in the last few threads.

I mean its a joke, and it is for a PM, but this guy doesnt even know me well enough to send me a PM. Hes completely off base. I expect an apology from this clown, welching a hundred dollar bet, you think Im 12?

Both Steve and Chuck have accountability with the agreements that people signed do they not, it could be the same type of thing. I have met neither of them, but I trust them

Sorry Scav, I cant take it on the 100 dollar welched debt. Its got me steamed

If you FINALLY paid up I apologize. And if you did not pay this will come out. You are welcome to PM me and tell me what I dont know. I would be most happy not to have to type any of this, believe me. But when someone does not do what is right, I go ballistic. This is a very basic honesty issue. And again, where in the hell did I say in this thread anything about 100 dollars? YOU brought this amount up. Must be on your mind.

Or just "I will get to it?"

I would feel guilty as hell if I were you. Somewhere along the line people have to be able to trust one another. And then you come along. Dont put up money if you cant pay. Just keep your mouth shut if you cant come through. Everyone on this board should pressure you to DO WHAT IS RIGHT.

Completely unnecessary. I know Bid well, he's a good friend of mine, and you don't know the end of the story so I'd recommend you stay out of it. Why you brought it up is beyond me.

The Bid 07-02-2007 10:20 PM

Dumbest **** Ive heard in my entire life, giving me a headache.

You think everyone is going to be happy with that? I realize I am bitter and a pessimist, I guess I am not as trusting as some. I have been on DT for over a year and trust only 3 people enough to give them my phone number.

I couldn't agree more, that is why you have 3 people making the decisions and the others as investors, no say whatsoever. Tons of people buy into that players pool on Americatab, and none of them have any say in the tickets.

Honestly, I have enough dough to do big tickets myself so I have little to do with this, I would rather live and die with my own decisions. I don't listen to anyone (Ask ArlJim about Saturday when he loved a horse, but that horse had Laviolette on him, he was much the best by about 20 lengths and I still wouldn't play him)

A 3rd party accusation from something a long time ago randomly inserted into this is pretty petty IMO.

Part of a syndicate is give and take and there's times when you leave off a horse that someone else wanted, and I can guarantee to you- being in the situation before several times- no one feels worse than the person who left them off. Some people's personalities can't deal with it, no shame in that.

The maybe you can explain why he admitted making an agreement, then admitted he had "not gotten around" to making good on the agreement. I read it right here on this board. Maybe you would like to explain this. PM me. I would never ever trash anybody on this board, IF I HAD NOT READ IT FOR MYSELF. He admitted not getting around to making good. I READ IT FOR GOD'S SAKE. Maybe it was another poster with the same screen name. So MAKE ME UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM MISSING... I KNOW WHAT I READ. PM me so I dont have to play the bad guy.

All I want is honesty. Thats all. So clear it up for me. And others who read what I did.

But I will be happy to volunteer my services for the money holding portion of this admirable endeavor.

As it's always been said........

...you're in good hands with Featherhands.

The Bid 07-02-2007 10:28 PM

This guy must be the muscle doing the shake down for a bet that was handled how it should have been handled. In private.

Why this guy feels the need to step into someone elses business is mind boggling. For you to say I cant afford the hundred really shows what a moron you are.

Maybe the best way would be to post the the selections and the cost of the ticket and let them decide if they want a percent of the ticket.Rules would be posted of course.
