Raven's Pass and Henrythenavigator run 1-2 in the Classic. Guess it wasn't too hot out for them either.

well at least I took a stand an admitted I was wrong, with pie on my face, But I have the last two races to get out today. I had one winner so far in A-max.

And hit it for himself.

Putting $50K into the pockets of horseplayers is a beautiful thing.

Oh come on, it makes things interesting to have a mystery horse. :)

he was no mystery. he was the comedy in the race.

the mystery was the euros, and they solved the case quite easily today. they'll be here in spades next year. for all they missed out on yesterday, they more than made up for it today.

SilverRP 10-25-2008 06:15 PM

just curious, what size of a ticket did he use

if you can get him to say his name backwards, will it send him back to his parallel universe?

well I'm depress now and will bring up a bad habit and try to recoup at mountaineer, I'm guessing you don"t want to see my picks at Mnr.lol

$5K.

He put in the same ticket for himself that he did for OTB ( they mandated a $5K ticket ) just as he did last year. It's more than he wanted to play but he didn't want to rue missing out.

As it was, the first five winners were As, so he couldn't have missed even for relatively small money.

nice roi!

I don't know what made me happier, scoring in the race, or seeing that Casino Drive was last.

hi_im_god 10-25-2008 06:22 PM

mind you, it was a very slow bullet that had no moves.

but still. it was a bullet.

sumitas 10-25-2008 06:23 PM

The wiley Dattori sat off Curlin . Then pushed the button just a little later and that got him to the wire soonest .

well, since i can only play monopoly money, it's no question for me!! i even had to rewind to see him fading from view, since they took so long to show the f.o.o.f.
