If any screenwriter is reading this thread the Arletta-Morty-Franny love triangle would make an excellent Crazy Heart parody.

Call it Crazy Old Fart. Cast Zombie Leslie Nielsen as Morty, Priscilla Presley as Arletta, and Zombie Madeline Kahn as Franny.
