He sure did.

I went against him but paid for it. It didn't even look like he broke a sweat.

To be honest Seemar has his work cut out, because the number of horses that have improved for leaving O'Brien are extremely few and far between...in fact I can't think of any!

I have to thank you for posting this.....

As No Chance said, yes I absolutely do scream and jump up and down and carry on every time!

Luckily King Jock ran today (and i wasn't cheering against him, NS... I was just so happy he wasn't going up against Ace again :))so here's hoping Ace is entered next week.

Thank you, thank you thank you though! I was devastated when I heard back from Coolmore and from friends, that he'd soon be off to (gasp!) India. I imagined him in scenes from films i had seen, shot in Bombay..... very sad.

I'm so thankful he's in Dubai and with SS and yes..... he WILL win one of these days and he'll be brilliant.

..... and if not? Well, he's still my favorite anyway. Win or lose, he's pure heart.

Very good racing there tomorrow. Unfortunately this might a be a bit tough for Ace............

A few interesting horses running tomorrow with Yorokobi and Mooner having top south american form and have been transfered to Hermon Brown and Satish Seemar respectively. I think both should take plenty of beating.

Miss storm cat, im sure you will be hoping for Mooner to win so he can beat the only horse you dislike, King Jock!!!!!!

p.s........ we were talking something about a beach ;)

fmc123412 01-31-2007 01:26 PM

Take a look at these brazilian horses tomorrow!!

Race 1 - ***YOROKOBI***, Hay Luz Delsol;
Race 3 - Big Spartan and Lord Ego;
Race 4 - ***NELORE PORÃ***;
Race 5 - Oakfast;

There are other brazilian horses running...but I mentioned only the ones i think have more chance. Specially those with CAPS.

Good luck!

What about Mooner in the 4th? If Seemar was in better form i think he would win.

I'm definitley going to have quite a big bet on Yorokobi

I was actually rooting for King Jock last time. Hey, as long as he's not in the same race as my boy, it's all good!:D

Yes, the beach.....

For now though let's just all hope and wish and send happy thoughts to Ace and, and..... :D

Humm...sorry...i don´t know mooner very well...he is argentinian...i know something about brazilian horses only...

But nelore porã is a very good horse...he has 7 wins out of 12 starts here in Brazil (5 out of 7 starts on the dirt). He is graded stakes winner both on the dirt and turf. And he is track record holder in one of brazilian race tracks.
My concern is that his last race here was not a very good one. But one race before that he won a G2 stakes over Eu Também (The first foreign horse to win the argentinian Derby. And that was Eu Também's only defeat. He was sold to one of the Dubai sheiks).
Very difficult race i agree, but i think he has to be remembered

Hard to say.

Sir Gerard finished like a train... defo a group horse!

Unstable 02-01-2007 10:33 AM

Sir Gerard nothing better than a handicapper. He may pick upa Gr3 in Dubai but no where else in my opinion.

Great result for me just then. Nelore Pora and Mooner each way and put them both in an exacta.............. woo hoo!

He returned at 6/1 according to the Racing Post. Might be different prices in America though.
