This has happened a number of times today with horses closing outside. It's like he doesn't even see them until they are along side the inside horse. The dead rail is definitely not his friend either.

He also tends to do a George Bush and declare victory too early. Not actually saying it but his call focuses on the horse that has taken the lead as if the race is over and time after time he has to change course. I hope he is ok cause I have always liked him as a caller.
