There's been lots that has been completely blocked in the House, that passed the Senate, over the past three years.

Of course, those 40-plus abortion bills the House passed were all about "jobs, jobs, jobs" ... and thank goodness we're gonna have the House return and have a 30th immediately useless vote on repealing the Affordable Care Act. Yay, House! ARG!

Not going to argue that, I was just curious to see the bill with all of the alternative education funding in place, particularly since those are the people I hire. Or want to hire but generally wind up training in house since there are none available.
I have a Poli-Sci master as my shipping receiving specialist, a philosphy handling tech support, an MBA does a lot of our programming and website work, etc. etc. etc.

I know Veterans Administration recently started a massive retraining program for returning veterans.
