No, his selection had a lot to do with the fact that he was born in Scranton, he's still highly popular in PA, and will be much easier to sell than hillary in the rustbelt where the big battleground lays.

Obama is going to capture the same states with or without hillary. Biden might make that little bit of difference to swing a state or two.

I'm too much the aesthetic to make good political arguments other than they all suck.

From the s&l stuff through now....it's just gotten worse

$400 million in campaign donations only mean 5 times that is expected in return.

I will say the only reason the Enron( spelling in question here) boys got in trouble is because they didn't kick money up to the federalis.
