As far as the Ap Indy's bought at inflated prices for stud duty, AP Warrior and Suave are two.
In Ny they are currently trying to sell shares in a stallion named Anasheed who is by Ap Indy.
You don't know anywhere near as much as you even think you do.

Fellow, you are a nobody. Nobody knows you. Stick to arguing with college kids and being a wannabe. When you can buy your own horse we will talk.

Start another rumor though and I will put you in your place again. Understand!

Maybe you can start some rumors about another Jackson horse next year and I can come back and put you in your place again. LOL.

The college kids are no longer going to post here. I gave them a board that isn't full of old men like you that are living through other people's horses. LOL.

I just had to put you fools in your place before I left. You being the king fool.

I never started any rumors about a Jackson horse, so that you wanna retract.
I've been a fan of both of their big horses since day one.
Over on our old board I was the charter member of the Barbaro fan club, catching him at huge odds in his debut and gushing over how this turf horse I saw at Deleware was awesome. I actually called him the greatest grass horse I ever saw, and still believe that to be true.
Now these rumors you speak of, you better check out your facts again. I have nothing to do with that radio show, other than a very occasional call in, and never once spoke about a Jackson horse.
If you had a half a brain you'd read my posts on this thread about him.
Keep up the slanderous comments on Dutrow please, I'm sure he could use the money.

Do me a favor, go and find this "rumor" I supposedly started.
You aren't gonna put anyone in their place.
And if you wanna play big bad lawyer, and accuse people of starting rumors, be my guest.
Nowhere in speech or in print did I ever start a rumor as you suggest. If I had I'm sure you would have done your level best to try and attack me.
Try it now, lets see who gets put in their place.

I remember you touting him after his debut.. and i remember you getting grief from others for saying how great a grass runner he was as a 2YO...

Yeah, I will never forget his debut. It was a Tuesday or Monday(I remember that because I know Belmont was dark that day) and I was getting beat up playing Calder, FL, Kentucky Downs, and Delaware. There was a grass maiden race at Deleware and in it was a horse by one of my favorite sires(Dynaformer) who was trained by a trainer who I respect and bet a lot, Matz.
He settled off the pace and made one of those crazy turn moves that only great horses make. He was awesome and I bet out on him in the Laurel Futurity. He was the greatest American grass horse I have ever seen.

You loved Showing Up's maiden win and gushed about it on the TT Forum. Well he won his maiden at Gulfstream this year because he was lame as a two year old and Barclay couldn't get him to the track. Was their a TT Forum in February of this year?

Also, I am not sure how you would know he was going to be a great turf horse based on his maiden race on the dirt. Are you so good you just knew this or are you just a pedigree expert that knew Strategic Mission was a great turf sire? LOL.

For the record, and I believe I had to correct some false information about Showing Up that was discussed on a radioshow you often appear on, Barclay only switched him to the turf to avoid Barbaro. While Barclay owns another Strategic Mission, Stratonic, who runs on the grass, except when Tim Walters trains him on the woodchips at Fairhill, Showing Up likely would have stayed on the dirt because that is where the money is. He probably would have been a West Virginia Derby type horse and racked up money in good spots, where Barclay is an expert at finding them. Barbaro and Showing Up's problems as a 2yr old and even his minor injuries at 3 (turf is a little easier on horses-which most already know) were basically what made the turf the way to go. $1,000,000 didn't hurt either.

For those that would like to watch his maiden win, which impressed the connections, but it was actually his win over the highly regarded Chatain and Flanders Fields that made people believers, you can watch it here.

Hang on a second, you aren't doing what I think you are, you aren't suggesting I made up the story about posting on a message board about liking Showing Up after his maiden win? That's not possible. Even you can't be THAT ridiculous.

Dude, obviously I know the Thoroughbred Times shut their board down long before 2006. I also know, and apparently you don't, but in your usual false bravado feel compelled to continuously talk about that which you don't know as though you are an authority, that people from that board formed another board and most of the posters from TT migrated there. Many of those posters are here, Philski and King Glorious come to mind, and can confirm this for you....and also probably my Showing Up thoughts if you're that desperate for proof. But, seriously dude, it's hardly a claim in need of validation. Why would I lie about that? Think about it.

As for correcting something from a show " I appear on ", as though somehow you are now saying anything associated with that show is tied to me, call them up and give them the straight dope if you like. I'm sure they would appreciate it. As for me, I understand why he went to the turf, as I understand as clearly as possible the value of dirt Graded stakes wins versus turf ones.

The " correcting college kids " line makes no sense, by the way, as on this board everyone is just a name. Your posts define you.

Showing Up was not moved to the grass to avoid Barbaro. Showing Up did not try the grass until a month after Barbaro broke down. Barbaro broke down on May 20th. Showing Up's first grass race was at colonial on June 24th.

Not to mention the fact that he ran in the Kentucky Derby AGAINST Barbaro.
This guys stories have more holes in them than swiss cheese.

Not that you need it to confirm the d*ckless attack about the "TT Forum" but I know as well as many others do, even though it's no longer the "official" TT Forum it's the same gang and most even call it the TT Forum.

And I actually watched a replay of Showing Up's maiden win after BTW had talked about it, along with another unnamed person gushing over Bernardini's maiden win around the same time (well, a broken clock is right twice a day in that person's case...)

Why is it that everyone desires to attack each other? I mean we all AGREE on this one, for christ's sakes!

Yeah we do agree. Noone has anything but good to say about Barbaro or Showing Up here.
Problem is we have a guy who thinks hes "wired in" to the inside of everything who always has to try and one up everyone, even in celebration of wins.

His only mission is to cause trouble, you have to believe that.
i would disregard anything he says. Flamer only.

Are you guys (you and this Oracle clown) just allowed to post nonsense that is factually wrong and use copyrighted pictures as avatars? This site is unreal. No links for stories. Nothing. Just rumors and garbage.

I have 19yr olds e-mailing me that you idiots can't stop posting nonsense.

Provide links about things or shut up. This site won't last very long if it keeps up. I personally know the situation, but I can provide links and facts.

Do you guys know how stupid you look posting nonsense over and over?

Enough!

Eric Wing: Barclay, there was nothing wrong whatsoever with Showing Up dirt form, but he sure took to the grass in a big way in the million dollar Colonial Turf Cup. Do you think he prefers one surface to the other? Or is one of those rare animals that's equally adept on both surfaces?

Barclay Tagg: I think he's very adept on both surfaces, but I think he's a little more comfortable on grass. That's just my guess watching him on both surfaces. I think he's a little more comfortable on the grass. And I really made the switch because I thought Barbaro would go ahead and be able to do the Triple Crown, and I didn't need to have him chasing Barbaro around. So I thought I'd try another venue with him and see what he could do on the turf. He was bred for turf. And he looked like he had the kind of action you'd like to see on the turf. And when I tried him in a couple of work outs on it, he seemed to be superb on it, so that's what we did.

You are dumber than the other guy. You know nothing about Showing Up or Barbaro so just shut your mouth.

Do you want another lawsuit?

Now I see why Dickinson had to put a scare in you.

YOU JUST DON'T SHUT UP.
AND YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT.

I think you have the scare part mixed up. ;)

And what exactly are you suing me for?
For saying he ran against Barbaro in the Derby?

Dude if you think that this or any other site about horseracing will be shut down because people dont provide links for stories is really funny. I am sure that Barclay Tagg does not give a damn what anyone, you or Oracle or anyone else says about him or his horse, where he is running and why. I think you are a blowhard but I dont have a link or story, it is only my opinion so sue me.

Do I need to provide a link to say that watching him run and flipping those ears and having total desire to run and that Tagg has been rewarded for passing the Cup? Or can I just formulate these "vicious" thoughts on my own?
