The fourth race was all the more interesting given that the half went in 47 and change (one of the fastest first half miles on the turf recently) because Johnnie V. was being pressured by 48-1 Abel Lezcano aboard Hunter Grey.

I suspect that the top pair started backing into the chase pack about the quarter pole which explained the outside free lane for eventual winner, Rontos New York.
