Can anyone explain to me the appeal of the 9 in the GP 9th? On the other end, I understand taking a stand against the 8 just based on Jara, but 9-1? WTF?

You have at least four different horses who appear to be front runners and a horse is allowed at 23 and 1 opening quarter?

All across the country you can watch jocks being rewarded for taking the race when no one else wants to. Did they ban the DRF in the jocks rooms or something?

I really thought Jara would send with the Freddy Hyatt (he gives no other instructions) horse and that would take care of that.

That said, I am not a fan of the chalk here for the same reason. Speed should compromise her chances.

It very well could happen. My wager is based on (with fingers crossed, that's all I got) the 2,8 & 10 compromising each other right out of the win spot.

I wouldn't be surprised if Jara was instructed to do just that. The guy should be riding at Delta Downs.
